J. Chris Baulds brings deep operating experience to the investment team. Prior to joining Kirby Energy Partners, he worked closely with energy assets and management teams through development planning, field execution, and operational performance improvement. Since joining the platform, Chris has helped portfolio companies translate strategy into action by improving development cadence, strengthening cost discipline, and bringing an operator's perspective to board-level decisions.
